Is
Laser Hair Removal safe ?
Bio-Medlase utilises an Nd:YAG Laser (Neodymium - Yttrium Aluminium Garnet) that has been used for years by the Medical Profession. The Bio-Med IPL uses a wide spectrum intense light beam. In both methods the light is selectively absorbed by the melanin in the hair and converted into heat, thus destroying the hair follicle and the germinative cells.
